Summary: They came to Trinn Media Co to help with business expansion by strengthening internal and external brand awareness and developing systems to take wholesale orders more efficiently.
We orchestrated their 25th Anniversary Celebration. The London exhibit for the celebration was designed to draw viewers in with the large images and storytelling, the opportunity to see buy products, and feel as though they are in someone’s home.
As the Salvation Army is primarily known for charity and social services, this milestone celebration for Others Trade for Hope allowed for the Salvation Army to be shown in a new light - one that uses ethical business to serve and impact communities.
Recognizing the importance of efficient systems, we updated their onboarding framework and Start-Up Guide for sellers of Others products within the Salvation Army. This included start up material for social media and digital marketing.
Transitioning their wholesale buyers experience from email/excel to Shopify allows for a more streamlined ordering experience and centralizes important information. They now have a centralized place for managing the status of orders, an automated customer notification system, and team visibility of order volumes for their artisan production groups.
Our collaboration extended to guiding local Salvation Army sellers of Others products in Direct-to-Consumer digital marketing efforts including social media, working with content creators, and ecommerce website performance.
By streamlining these processes, we enabled a smoother process for new sellers of Others products, an easier shopping experience for wholesale buyers, and empower sellers of Others products to drive visibility and sales .
